Asian Agribusiness Consulting (AAC)Michael BoddingtonIn order to do this we have reached an agreement with Asian Agribusiness Consulting (AAC), a company with more than 30 years' experience in several continents in agricultural markets, access to markets, and the start-up of agricultural industries, sales and marketing, financial aspects, logistics and regional management. AAC is run by Michael Boddington, an Australian that has been living in Asia for more than 10 years.

China is the biggest pig producer in the world. In this country pigs are very important for the economy as well as for the feeding of the population. The tradition of China in pig husbandry goes back to more than 7,000 years ago.

In year 1990, the swine herd in China amounted 336 million pigs, and 310 million pigs were slaughtered (33.6 % of the worldwide pig slaughterings). In year 2004, the pig herd grew up to 485.5 million pigs, and more than 621 million pigs were slaughtered (48.6 % of the worldwide slaughterings).

With this incorporation of China to the 333 group we expand our offer with the intention of strengthening ourselves as a reference website with respect to information regarding swine production. Our expansion wishes to be global, but also local with respect to the language and to the production systems.
