In 2006 he started working at his family’s farm.
In 2010-2011-2012-2013, his farm was nominated to the Porc d’Or prize, obtaining, in 2011 and 2013, the gold, silver and bronze trophy, respectively, regarding piglets born and numerical productivity.
The sow farm is a 1,000-sow farrow-to-finish farm. He is in charge of sow production. They are clear that at their farm, their future does not entail their expansion. His brother Ovidi is in charge of the fattening quarters with the help of his father. They are a family business that started in the pig world in 1992 together with his father, uncle and mother.
The last challenge that they are facing is transformation, because they are carrying out many genetic/feeding tests with the aim of producing their own pig brand, reaching the butchering stage and providing the final consumer with a high-quality product.
