Alfred Blanch
Novus International - Spain AuthorAlfred Blanch holds a DVM and Ph.D. in veterinary medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Since the beginning of his career in the 90s, he has been a technician and strategic marketing professional in the animal nutrition sector. Apart from the investigations carried out during his scientific training at the UAB, he also conducted research at the University of Nottingham (UK) and at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany).
After a first period in the world of science, he joined the headquarters of the multinational Roche Vitamins (Basel, Switzerland), where his career evolved towards the strategic area within the worldwide feed additives sector. Subsequently, he had various roles at Andersen S.A. (Barcelona, Spain). From 2014 to 2023, he worked as an independent international consultant for companies producing feed additives, premixes, and raw materials.
He is currently the Global Poultry Leader at the US multinational Novus International Ltd (Chesterfield, Missouri).
