Worker lines

1) Development and validation of techniques to detection and characterisation of foodborne bacteria (E. coli, Salmonella spp., L. monocytogenes, C. sakazakii, Campylobacter spp., S. aureus).

2) Colaborative field works in association with several institutions and industry to reduce foodborne bacteria in the prosses of animal food (catle, chicken, pigs), according the concept “the field to plate”.
