Giulia Gambarini

She graduated in Animal Sciences and Technologies and is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of the University of Milan. Her area of interest is pig production, in particular, feeding as a tool to reduce environmental impact and improve animal welfare. She is particularly engaged in following demonstration and information activities to disseminate good production practices. In addition, she has collaborated in developing a tool to calculate the requirements of heavy pigs, with special attention to amino acid components.
