Jean-Pierre Garnier

Jean-Pierre Garnier is an independent meat analyst based in England. He collaborates with the European Commission, GIRA and the International Meat Secretariat as well as supporting meat companies with international trade. He had worked for 13 years as Head of British Meat Exports at AHDB and for the British Ministry of Agriculture, Unilever, PIC, Socopa, Safeway Supermarkets and Valls Companys among others. He also writes for technical publications including Meat Management in the UK.
