Márcio Gonçalves

Dr. Márcio Gonçalves, graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil and afterwards worked in commercial swine production and conducted large scale commercial research in both North and South America. Dr. Gonçalves earned his PhD from Kansas State University in Applied Swine Nutrition focused on defining amino acid requirements and response to energy for maximum economic return of pigs under practical commercial conditions. In 2015, he joined PIC Global Nutrition team focusing on nutrition technical support and research.
