The animal protein chain, including the feed industry, is exposed to increased international competition, putting pressure on volumes and profitability. Stakeholders raise new challenges on the sustainability and on the environmental consequences of livestock production systems. Manufacturers of premixes, mineral and compound feeds, distributors of feed additives face old competitors and new entrants, as the transfer of knowledge and technology goes fast. In order to maintain their leadership, they must rely on focused suppliers who offer them performance and exposure through well differentiated and innovative feed additives.

Animine is a new global supplier who clearly defines its area of expertise : value added sources of trace minerals for animal nutrition. The six pillars of the company are product expertise, scientific credibility, innovation and differentiation, adaptation to local conditions, high level of safety, and proactive concern for the environment. The founder of Animine, Stéphane Durosoy, announces some breakthroughs in the claims and applications of trace minerals products in the feed industry. Some information about the first new product will be communicated in the coming months. More details about the company philosophy and resources are available on www.animine.eu
