Taking advantage of the organisation of the 3rd Animine Academy in Chantilly area (France), Animine invited his sales partners for the International Distributors Meeting.

It was the opportunity for Animine to announce the initiation of a 3 years research program, before the official EU ban of medicated zinc oxide in piglet diets in 2022. In cooperation with major European Universities, this project will investigate the mode of action of HiZox®, a potentiated source of zinc oxide which can be incorporated in premixes at low dosage.

In poultry, Animine is investing more resources with new recruitments to promote the benefits of HiZox® in growing birds, broiler breeders and laying hens.

New results of CoRouge®, the unique source of copper(I) oxide, were also presented. Successful penetration in Europe has been shared with other countries where product registration has just been finalised.

A special focus was made on the new application for ruminants. Both products create new opportunities for optimal rumen function and animal performance.
