As planned, Jan-Erik Johansson continues as Managing Director of KLS Livsmedel AB through 1 May 2009 where he will retire from the company. At the same time we are launching the new projects about the merger of Ugglarps AB and KLS Livsmedel AB into Danish Crown Livsmedel AB, with the intension of keeping the local purchase organisations. Johan’s new job responsibilities will be purchase, sales and information and Brian Pedersen’s responsibilities will be production, finances and administration.
