Church & Dwight Acquires Passport Food Safety Solutions

ARM & HAMMER Enhances Food Safety Expertise with Innovative Technologies and Services

Arm & HammerChurch & Dwight Co., Inc., the parent company of Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production, is pleased to announce today it has acquired Passport™ Food Safety Solutions, Inc. of West Des Moines, Iowa. Passport Food Safety Solutions is a leading provider of innovative, systems approach to help meat and poultry processors consistently address food safety standards. The acquisition became effective March 8, 2018.

With the integration of these two entities, ARM & HAMMER™ now becomes a worldwide leader in providing the most comprehensive portfolio of nutritional, microbial and pre- and postharvest food safety solutions to optimize the health of production livestock and reduce the risk of common pathogens, while reducing the incidence of pathogens in animal protein products.

“We are very excited about this integration because it further supports our long-term plan to grow, evolve and diversify our business through industry-leading advancements in animal agricultural productivity and food safety,” said Scott Druker, general manager of Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production.
