"This transaction expands our footprint in Europe and further positions us as a global leader in commercial pest elimination services, an important component of our commitment to help protect our customers' operations," commentedBobby Mendez , Ecolab executive vice president and president, Global Services and Specialty. "We welcome our new associates and customers toEcolab, and look forward to growing with them as we work to make the world cleaner, safer and healthier."
