Following rapid growth of animal hygiene company, Hysolv, James Bigmore has been appointed as office manager to boost its customer service.
“As well as assisting the existing team, James will use his considerable skills in social media to provide new and existing customers with detailed knowledge about our products and how they can safeguard flock and herd health and improve performance,” said Hysolv director, Nikki Vine.
Having grown up on a dairy farm and seen the devastating impact of diseases such as foot-and-mouth and avian influenza at first hand, James says he is aware of the critical importance of good hygiene.
He has BTEC Level 3 (Business and Technology Education Council) qualifications in customer service and is a certified trainer in moving and handling. He is conscious of the importance of alternative forms of communications, particularly when Covid regulations impose restriction on normal meetings.
James is based in Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire, where his spare time hobbies include photography, content creation of YouTube and Twitch.tv and rock music.
