With more than 70 professionals from the French feed industry, this meeting focused on scientific lecture sessions and workshops that were dedicated to end-user testimonials featuring a small group that helped link scientific concepts and field practices.
The lecture sessions featured six key speakers that spoke about four different topics:
- Guilhem Poudevigne, Vet, SOCSA: Gave an overview of piglets digestive disorder
- Melanie Le Bon, Researcher, Nottingham Trent University and Yannig Le Treut, General Manager, Lallemand Animal Nutrition: Highlighted the importance and the stakes of the microbiota management in specific phases of the production cycle and presented the latest research and results on our probiotic live yeast Levucell SB
- Mathieu Castex, R & D Director, Lallemand Animal Nutrition: Presented new selection and evaluation tools for yeast derivative products, along with the R&D project behind the YANG innovation
- Florence Barbe, Scientist, Lallemand Animal Nutrition and Eric Royer, Researcher, IFIP: Focused on oxidative balance and feed additives solution
The attendees left with positive feedback about the technical information they received and the workshops they participated in.
