We would like to inform you of the incorporation of Zendal Group with a 46% shareholding in our Group.
This agreement means uniting the history of two of the great family companies in the sector. Our complementarity allows us to combine synergies and further enhance the firm vocation of Maymó group in the research and development of new products that strengthen our future.
Both groups, Maymó and Zendal, have been working since 2017 on joint research and development projects of innovative biotechnological products with national and international projection, aimed for production animals.
Zendal, whose foundation dates back to 1939 as Laboratorios Zeltia in O Porriño (Galicia), is a biopharmaceutical group that draws together eight companies focused on research, development, manufacture and marketing of high added value products in the health sector.
The animal health division of the Zendal has its own portfolio of veterinary products and vaccines for production and companion animals, with presence in more than 65 countries worldwide.
