nedap.gifNedap, a global leader in livestock management systems, welcomes Rich Lepper to their industry-leading team. Lepper joins the U.S. swine team as an application service representative.

In his new role with Nedap, Lepper will use his swine expertise to assist producers with application training and service, including facility transitions to electronic sow feeding, farrowing feeding and pig performance testing. As part of Nedap’s full-service team, Lepper will then work with producers to ensure systems are working to their maximum potential.

Lepper joins Nedap with 20 years of swine industry expertise. Beginning in 1985, Lepper served in various management roles with DeKalb Swine Breeders, Monsanto Choice Genetics and Newsham Choice Genetics. His previous roles include: training employees and managers, quality control and facility management.

“Rich’s wealth of experience in managing different types of production systems, training employees and producers brings the experience needed to help producers with our products from an applications perspective,” says Graydon Bell, U.S. sales manager for Nedap.

Globally, 1.4 million sows are fed by the Nedap electronic sow feeding system. Nedap offers a full line of automated feeding and management systems that focus on individual management in large groups.
