NEO has launched ILDEX Bangkok 2012 in order to satisfy the technology needs of the Thai livestock industry. The show will run in concurrence with Pig, Poultry & Dairy Focus Asia 2012.N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd., Thailand’s leading exhibition organizer, has unveiled its aggressive marketing strategy to meet the rising and continuous technology demands of Thailand’s burgeoning livestock industry. In addition, launching “ILDEX Bangkok 2012” will cover one gap between shows.
VIA Asia, organized by NEO, is Asia’s largest livestock technology exhibition.
Mr. Teerayuth Leelakajornkij, Senior Project Manager, N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd., said that, “ILDEX Bangkok 2012 is to be another crucial national livestock technology exhibition. It is scheduled for February 8 – 9, 2012, in the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The main objective of ILDEX 2012 is to cater to the insatiable demand for technology from Thailand’s livestock industry. Thailand’s livestock industry has to continually develop so as to respond to both rising demand and stricter consumer requirements.
“ILDEX Bangkok 2012 will be an alternative technology marketplace for an industry which is focusing more and more on animal health and nutrition. The show is expecting past successes to carry into this one. However, the slogan for this show is, ‘Bringing International Expertise To Satisfy Local Needs’. This means ILDEX Bangkok 2012 will be an important showcase of international technology. This fits well with the technology level and requirements of Thai livestock industry,” said Mr. Leelakajornkij.
He added that, “ILDEX Bangkok 2012 will provide sound solutions for Thai producers trying to find competitive advantages -- this so as to be ready for AFTA and the resulting new global trade environment.
“The launch of ILDEX Bangkok 2012 also underlines NEO’s intention to become a vital technological partner for Thailand’s livestock industry.
“ILDEX Bangkok 2012 fills the gap in the absence of VIV Asia that year; the industry also has a recurring need for continuous technological improvement. Further, ILDEX is NEO’s proudest creation in Asia. Indeed, ILDEX is already a proven success in many countries -- including ILDEX Vietnam, ILDEX India, ILDEX Philippines and ILDEX China. Now we are bringing it back to its original home [Thailand],” concluded Mr. Teerayuth.
Following the launch of ILDEX Bangkok, NEO has now become the largest livestock technology exhibition organizer (total exhibition space of 30,000 sq.m).
Mr. Teerayuth expects ILDEX Bangkok 2012 to have roughly 200 exhibitors from around the world for its first edition. Visitors (most of them Thai farmers and producers) should number around 5,000.
ILDEX Bangkok 2012 takes place on February 8 and 9, 2012, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Pig, Poultry & Dairy Focus Asia 2012 will be occurring at the same time and place.
