And the great ambitions continue. To strengthen the further development the Board of Directors has appointed a new CEO with experience from both national and international top management positions.
With a doubling of the staff over the past few months and results that speaks for a highly satisfactory 2020 in terms of economy, Danish Pig Genetics is now ready to enter a new era for the development of the company. This is marked by the Board's appointment of Karsten Due as the new CEO of Danish Pig Genetics.
International profile with expertise in business development
Karsten has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an HD (A) and has through his work in the ACO Group gained an in-depth insight into the agricultural sector. Over the past 20 years, Karsten has held a number of top management positions in both national and international roles. In these positions, Karsten has gained extensive experience with growth and business development, and it is precisely this experience that makes him the right man to lead the further development of Danish Pig Genetics.

Karsten Due lives in Kolding and has two daughters. He will take up the position as CEO of Danish Pig Genetics from 1 April 2021.
