As a next step towards Orffa’s strategy of global market presence, New Generation Animal Healthcare Products Inc. (NGAHPI) has been appointed as distributor in the Philippines for the Excentials range of nutritional solutions. The products range is currently introduced into the market, which is accompanied by the high-level technical support model, typical for Excentials and its parent company Orffa.
Excentials products are the specialties and in-house developed innovations of Orffa, a leading Europe based feed additive marketing company.
To emphasize on the uniqueness of these products, EDL Group has created New Generations Animal Healthcare, Inc., a new business unit geared up to position the Excentials products into the market. Business unit manager Mr. Allan B. Casajeros: “ the Excentials feed additive range is rather unique and innovative, thus we felt the need to service our customers with the similar business model as Orffa is carrying out worldwide, based on service and technical support ”. Sales director Dr. Lope V. Marigsa further mentions that special emphasis has to be given once more on the technical support: “ we are in it for the long term and want to create added-value for our customers. This can only be done by supplying innovative products in combination with proper technical back-up “.
