Topigs Norsvin is pleased to announce the appointment of Noel Vitales as General Manager of Topigs Norsvin the Philippines with effect from 1 April 2016. Mr Vitales (47) has a wide range of experience in agribusiness, animal breeding and production. He has held several senior management functions in business development, farm operations and finance.
With the hiring of Mr Vitales, Topigs Norsvin secures its position as one of the leading suppliers of pig genetics in the Philippines.
