Novus International, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed François Fraudeau as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately. Fraudeau previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Thad Simons will retire from CEO and become the Senior Executive Advisor to the Board.
“The Board is grateful for the tremendous leadership and guidance provided by Thad over his many years with Novus. Novus has achieved unprecedented success under his direction and we are proud to have had his leadership. We are further pleased to announce that Thad will continue as Senior Executive Advisor to the Company,” remarked Mr. Katsurao Yoshimori, Senior Vice President, Mitsui & Co. (USA), Inc.
