Novus International, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed François Fraudeau as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately. Fraudeau previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Thad Simons will retire from CEO and become the Senior Executive Advisor to the Board.
