Here’s how the program works:
At least one week before the scheduled session, participants can download the presentation from the website, after they receive a reminder by email.
On, or before, the day of the scheduled session, participants view the presentation, preferably with all piggery staff.
On the day of the scheduled session, participants call a toll-free number to participate in the 30-45 minute Q&A session that follows viewing of the presentation. This will be at 12.30pm SA time. The toll-free number will be provided in the reminder email.
During the five days following each scheduled session, participants can continue to ask the speaker questions via e-mail to Paul Hughes at paul.hughes@sa.gov.au
Telephone and email questions and answers will be displayed on the website for users within a fortnight of scheduled date for each session. Archival Q&A’s also available.
Pork CRC CEO, Dr Roger Campbell said that owners, managers, piggery staff and technical services providers involved in the daily management and care of pigs should enrol to access experts in all fields of pork production, plus share in their insights and ask questions of them, all from the comfort of their own homes, offices or piggeries.
For help, or further details, contact Professor Paul Hughes: Email paul.hughes@sa.gov.au or Tel 08 8303 7603.
