(2) Joint use and development of the BHZP sow breeding program (DB Planner) which is a strong market leader in Germany.
(3) Working closely together on a joint production, marketing and sales approach for the Netherlands and Germany to complement each other’s positions and strengthen the sales of each other’s products to increase joint market coverage in Germany and the Netherlands.
(4) Evaluation of each other’s breeding program with the objective of combining the respective gene pools into one integrated and efficient breeding program by using and further developing the best genetics of both companies.
