Precise and easy to use, the HALO2 wireless pH meter - HI9810452 is ideal for measuring pH in meat and is Designed to be used in conjunction with the FC097 stainless steel blade (not included).
Ideal for processes that must comply with food hygiene and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations.

The HI9810452 pH meter features a built-in probe that has been carefully designed to take direct pH measurements in meats and other solid products.
Open junction with removable sheath.
When readings become slow, simply remove the diaphragm, clean it, and add fresh electrolyte. Having a clean probe with fresh reference electrolyte will improve performance and extend the life of the probe. The HI9810322 pH meter is supplied with:
Conical glass tip. The conical tip design allows for penetration into the flesh.
PVDF body. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a durable plastic that is resistant to most chemicals and solvents used for disinfection, including chlorine (bleach).
