Multifunction PCE Data Logger: wind speed, temperature, humidity

The anemometer determines the air velocity via a 65 mm diameter impeller.

The anemometer accurately and reliably measures the air velocity in a range from 0.3 to 45 m/s. In addition to measuring the velocity, the anemometer also determines the flow rate. In addition, the anemometer has a Beaufort scale. The Beaufort scale can be used to display the intensity of the wind on the screen.

Depending on the orientation of the impeller, the anemometer can also determine the direction of the wind.

This is made possible by the gyroscope integrated in the anemometer sensor. At the same time, the ambient temperature in the range of 0 to 45 °C is also displayed on the anemometer's display. The telescopic probe of the anemometer can be extended up to a maximum of 270 … 540 mm, which allows for optimal positioning of the probe.

The internal memory of the anemometer allows for the storage of up to 960 values. Via the micro USB interface, the values can be transferred to a computer. The software can be downloaded from our website (Download section). With it, you can analyse and edit the values measured with the anemometer. The software also allows you to view values in real time.
