Last month, Produmix received at its facilities a group of the most outstanding distributors, farmers and technical advisers of the swine sector in Taiwan.
The aim of this visit was to know better the production process of the basemixes for piglets, visit the trial farm, as well as getting a deeper knowledge of Produmix products and their benefits, so popular in the Taiwanese market.
During the work day, we exchanged our views on the situation in the swine market in Taiwan and the solutions Produmix products are providing, as well as on new needs and new challenges to achieve.
Advances in genetics have led to hyper-prolific sows, which produce bigger litters, but with higher weight variability. Thanks to Its R + D + I Department, Produmix, has managed to develop technologically advanced products that, in addition to providing an optimal, safe and profitable growth of animals, improve the homogeneity in different litters.
After work, we did not forget to get deeper into the culture of Rioja wine, with the visit of a wine cellar and a wine tasting workshop that everyone enjoyed.
