According to information published by the Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure, Oleksandr Kubrakov, on his Twitter account and by the UN Secretary General, António Guterres, the "Black Sea Grain Initiative", which was due to expire on November 18, will be extended 120 days, thus facilitating the safe transport of grain, food, and fertilizers across the Black Sea.
The agreement follows a meeting in Istanbul between Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the United Nations.
