Last August the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) accepted the latest International Veterinary Certificate (CVI) proposal sent by Senasa, with immediate entry into force, thus establishing the requirements for the export of meat, offal, and processed and transformed pork products from Argentina to Singapore.
The first shipment totaled 26 tons consisting of liver (23 tons) and frozen fat (3 tons) and departed from the port of Buenos Aires for Singapore.
So far in 2022, Senasa has certified the export of more than 12,200 tons of pork products and by-products to different destinations.
