Belarus would suspend certification of pig products including chilled pork and frozen offals intended for the Russian market till the 11th of November this year.

An agreement was achieved that since ASF virus genome had been detected in products from four Belarus meat-processing plants, the National Veterinary Services of Belarus would suspend certification of pig products including chilled pork and frozen offals intended for the Russian market till the 11th of November this year.

Further actions will be agreed upon at the working meeting on the 11th of November and heads of the national veterinary services of Kazakhstan will take part in the meeting.
