Brazil intends to expand the list of agricultural and livestock products in bilateral trade with Mexico and reduce import tariffs. Some of the items being discussed are veal, pork, chicken and turkey, as well as corn, soy, wheat, milk powder, cotton, fruits, cheeses, chocolate and rice.
Representatives of the two countries will present the first exchange of lists of products offered in December this year, and the next meeting will be held in Brazil in February 2016.
