The Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) reduced the bureaucracy required by companies interested in exporting agricultural products, which will result in a 300% increase in the number of qualified agricultural industries.

With this new measure, all companies that have already joined the Federal Inspection Service (SIF) will be automatically authorized for export, abolishing the requirement of prior authorization by the MAPA. It is expected that the number of authorized companies increases from the current 800 to 3,500.
