Bulgaria - Livestock Advisory Board will be established at the Ministry of Agriculture

Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov met with farmers on a regular meeting, held in Plovdiv. Formation of the Advisory Board on livestock breeding to work on problems in the sector were discussed at the meeting Various representatives of the sector, experts from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and members of trade unions.

Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov met with farmers on a regular meeting, held in Plovdiv. Formation of the Advisory Board on livestock breeding to work on problems in the sector were discussed at the meeting Various representatives of the sector, experts from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and members of trade unions.

Much of the farmer’s demands have already been executed or are in progress and it is currently being worked on the tax policy change. Working meetings with the Budget and Finance in the National Assembly and the Ministry of Finance will be held.over the next few weeks.
