The opening of the Chinese market, with the first delivery sent on May 7th, shows, also, the international recognition of Chile as a trustworthy supplier. Chile is the only country in the world that is certified to export poultry and pork to particularly demanding countries like Japan, South Korea, the EU, the USA, and Russia, among others.

Having reached this objective is the result of efforts from multiple technical programs, some that stand out being the Dioxin Control Program, the Pharmaceutical Residue Control Program and the preventative Watch Program, among others.
