Portugal: Competition Authority approved the acquisition of Raporal by Valsabor

On October 11, the Portuguese Competition Authority adopted a decision of non-opposition to Valsabor acquiring sole control of Raporal.

The merger in question consists of the acquisition, by Valsabor, S.A. of sole control over Raporal, S.A. and its subsidiaries.

With this AdC decision, the way is open for this merger deal to be implemented in the Portuguese market.
