Vietnam: Current status of high-tech agricultural projects from Xuan Thien Group

The Thanh Hoa province approved Xuan Thien Group to invest in 6 projects, including 5 technological livestock projects with a total investment of about 12,480 billion VND.

According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office, six projects have been approved for the Xuan Thien Group with a total investment of about 12,480 billion VND and a land area of ​​about 483.6 hectares in the Ngoc Lac district.

One of these projects is a high-tech production and livestock complex project in Minh Tien commune, Ngoc Lac district with a total investment of 3,000 billion VND. About 85% of the 112 hectares have been cleared. Construction of the high-tech pig farm has been completed and phase 1 began with 50,248 pigs on the farm. Construction of the feed factory is complete and trial operations started on March 31, 2024.

High-tech livestock projects 2, 3, 5, 6 and the juice factory project are in the process of site clearance. To date, Xuan Thien Group has cleared 66% of the 483.6 hectares of the total used land area. Total implemented capital is about 3,484 billion VND, equal to 28% of the total investment.
