The EFSA has started an online tool where we can know, very graphically, the different percentages of antimicrobial resistances of Salmonella and E. coli in food, animals and humans, and in each country of the EU plus Switzerland and Norway.

In the case of countries with no data, this does not mean that there are no resistances, but that there are no data available concerning this matter.

The tool is based on data from 2015.

The tool allows to choose between different Salmonella and E. coli serovars, as well as knowing the resistances against 15 antibiotics in humans, pigs and calves, and their levels in pork and beef.
