After signing the trade agreement in December of 2010, each month the SNIV-SNCP analyzes the status of the sale of VPF brand pork (French pork).
The data presented during the Inaporc assembly on June 28th, comes to the same conclusions as the SNIV-SNCP; the agreement is not being properly carried out with respect to meat products. According to the data, only 70% of the brands' ham carries the logo whereas 3 months ago it was 85%. In national brands, the presence of the logo is at 35% and there is a general absence of the logo in 65% of the remaining brands.
