As France Agrimer publishes, during year 2013, in France a total of 23.1 million pigs were slaughtered.
From the total of the slaughtered pigs, 20.2% of the slaughterings were carried out in the abattoir Cooperl Arcatlantique, followed by Bigard (Socopa) (19.2%), GAD/Europig (8.7%), Kermene (7.9%), Abattoir Bernard JF (4.9%), Gâtine Viandes (4.7%), ABERA (4.4%), AIM (3.0%) and Tradival (2.2%).
