The Minister of Agriculture of France embraced with satisfaction the passing of the bill by the National Assembly, and in its first reading, the agriculture, food and forestry bill had the support of all the main political parties and the abstention of the UDI.
The aim of this law is to promote the transition towards and agroecological model, the renovation of the generations, and a new relationship between agriculture and society.
The adopted text will now be checked by the Senate next April.
