First, a test will be performed in which employees will carry out all processes, but without animals. Representatives from the monitoring authorities will be present at this test and will discuss any corrective measures with company representatives.

Starting Wednesday, May 20, the first 1,500 pigs will be slaughtered with representatives from all relevant authorities present.
