According to informations published in the foreign news journal of the Ministry of Agriculture of Spain, the company Rusagro, one of the leaders in the Russian farming sector, expects to increase its pig production capacity with the projects that it is developing in the region of Primorye (Far East): up to 300,000 tonnes/year.
The first stage of the project will start with 100,000 tonnes/year, and its development will begin in spring of 2016. The expected investment reaches 52,000 million rubles (some €700M).
