The Institute of Experimental Zooprophylaxis of Piemonte, Liguri, and Valle d'Aosta has published a map indicating the location of newly confirmed cases of ASF.

The map is divided into Alpine Districts (CA) and Territorial Hunting Zones (ATC) and shows the results of the campaign to collect and analyze wild boar carcasses found dead. A total of 50 animals were tested, of which 8 were positive (red dots), 6 samples are still being analyzed (yellow dots), and 35 were negative (blue dots). The darker the color of the districts the denser the wild boar population in the area according to the hunting data.
