Mexico - Mayorga announces the opening of the Chinese market to pork

Accompanied by Mexican producers and businessmen, the Secretary of Agriculture, Francisco Mayorga, assisted meetings with sector officials with the end of finalizing the processes involved in exporting Mexican pork to China.

Once the technical information on food safety was revised by the Chinese authorities, a special visit was carried out by Chinese specialists to Mexican plants certified in the processing of pork.
