Mexico's pork production remains above 150 thousand tons per month

Pork production from January to July totaled 1,024,392 tons (t), up 2.3% compared to the same period in 2023.

The growth rate of pork production was higher than that of beef (2.0%) but lower than that of poultry meat (2.5%).

In July, 151,185 t were produced, an increase of 1.3% compared to the same month of the previous year and up 0.04% from June.
