Manitoba has confirmed two new PEDv cases.

The veterinary authorities of Manitoba (Canada) have confirmed what would be the fourth and the fifth cases of porcine epidemic diarrhoea (PEDv) so far this year.

The disease has appeared on two pig farms located in the southwest of Manitoba.

With these two new PEDv cases, the total number of cases detected in the province since its first appearance is 15.
