The federal government is celebrating the opening of two new markets for Brazilian agribusiness to Japan. The announcement was made on November 28 by the Secretary for Trade and International Relations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
Canned beef and pork meat and beef and pork extracts can be exported to Japan. This market had been closed for eight years. With the reopening, exports are expected to gradually resume in full by 2024.
