The major European exporting countries have experienced a sharp rise in their prices in recent months. In some cases prices have even reached historical records, such as with Denmark and Germany, and in most cases prices have been sustained beyond annual seasonality.
Prices of major American exporters are divided between those who are exporting to China, such as Brazil, and those who export under high tariffs or have suffered restrictions, such as the U.S. and Canada.

Earlier this year we asked all 333 users to predict maximum prices for 2019. In some countries, the median of the answers matched perfectly with the maximum price reached so far in their country. In December we will publish an article comparing each of the responses with the maximum price reached, and in January we will launch a new question about 2020 prices. We urge you all to participate and prove your forecasting abilities.
