Telephone Talks between Rosselkhoznadzor and Bi Kexin, Deputy Director, Bureau of Export and Import Food Safety, AQSIQ, China
The dialogue was focused on the forthcoming visit of Chinese experts to Russia aimed at familiarization with operations of pork producing establishments interested in export to China.
The Russian party repeated its request to submit a schedule of animal product dispatch from two Chinese establishments eligible for the product export to the Russian Federation. It was noted that the schedule is important for delegating specialists for dispatch control basing on previous agreements. The Rosselkhoznadzor also mentioned that it had done everything possible to speed up the export process but in reality the volume of export is still insignificant.
When discussing possibilities for approving several Russian establishments for export to the Russian Federation the Chinese party again requested the Russian party to provide a list of Russian establishments interested in export to China. This list had already been sent by the Rosselkhoznadzor in 2013 and 2014.
