Russia’s regional Governor Vasily Galuskin banned the transportation of hogs and the sale of pork in southern Volgograd because of African swine fever outbreaks, making it the second such area under quarantine this week.

The transportation of hogs, wild boars and their meat was banned yesterday in the Tver region.
