According to the recommendations of the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code the Rosselkhoznadzor is imposing temporary restrictions on the import of live pigs and pork from the Vojvodina region, Serbia from December 2, 2010.

In this region the Veterinary Service of Serbia detected an outbreak of classical swine fever.
